Description
Rabri Laddu, also known as Doodh ke Laddu (Milk Laddu), is a delightful Indian sweet that brings together the rich flavors of Rabri (home-made condensed sweetened milk) and the sweetness of Laddu (sweet spherical treats).
While they look pretty similar to Boondi Laddu, the flavor and texture are very different. To prepare these laddus, besan (Gram Flour) is mixed with Rabri, dry rose petals, and cardamom, which creates a spectacular flavor.
The combination of the creamy Rabri and the nutty texture of the Laddu creates a beautiful contrast, making it a popular choice for celebrations and festivals in India. The Laddus are often garnished with chopped nuts, adding a crunch to every bite. The sweetness and richness of Rabri laddu make them a true indulgence for any occasion or just like that.
