Garlic Corn Rice with Indian Cottage Cheese! 🌽🧀This easy-to-make recipe is bursting with flavors of garlic-infused corn rice paired perfectly with tender Indian cottage cheese. Ideal for a quick and delicious dinner, it takes just 5 minutes to prepare.Give it a try tonight and savor the delightful blend of textures and tastes! 🍽️💫Ingredients -2 table spoon olive oil 3/4 table Spoon Boiled Sweet Corn 4-5 cubes of Paneer1 small sized onion finely chopped 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 small green chill finely chopped 2 small bowl of boiled basmati rice 1 table spoon oregano 1 tea spoon chilli flakes 1 tea spoon black pepper crushed Salt as per taste Finely chopped coriander 1. Turn on the stove and heat a pan with olive oil.2. Once the oil is slightly warm, add the onions and garlic. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.3. Add the green chilies and continue stirring.4. Incorporate the oregano and chili flakes, mixing well.5. Add the corn, cottage cheese, blsck pepper and a pinch of salt.6. Finally, add the prepared rice and stir for one minute.7. Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander and serve.
