One pinch and your kitchen smells like early mornings in India. Two, and someone is already asking what time the snacks are ready.

Chai masala is a mix of ground spices added while boiling your tea. Usually black tea, water, and milk. It turns a simple cup into the full, spiced, aromatic drink we call chai. Not chai tea. Just chai.

We make this blend in two variations depending on how you prefer your tea.

Variant A: Pure Chai Masala (no tea added)

A finely ground spice blend made in small batches. Ideal if you like choosing your own tea leaves.

Pure spice blend. No tea. No sugar.

Add a small pinch while your tea simmers. Works with regular milk tea, oat milk, almond milk, or black tea and water.

Ingredients: Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Cloves, Cardamom.

Variant B: Chai Masala with Black Tea

A mix of whole spices blended with premium black tea. Ideal if you want a ready-to-use mix with deeper flavour.

Whole spices cooked together with tea give a strong, aromatic chai. Just add water, and milk, simmer gently, and strain. 

Ingredients: Black Tea, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Cloves, Black Pepper.
