We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. If you are outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact us.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1β2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Packaging and Freshness

Important Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are unable to reship perishable items returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.
Per EU consumer law, food products are exempt from the standard right of return. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
