At Divine Bites, we take pride in crafting high-quality Indian sweets, snacks, and spice blends with love, care, and the finest ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on most items. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of:

The damaged product

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Quality Concerns: If you believe a product is not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll review your concern and may issue a partial refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
What We Can’t Refund or Replace

Opened or consumed products (unless there’s a verifiable quality issue)

Items returned without prior communication

Orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer

Delays caused by shipping carriers once the order leaves our facility
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For replacements, we’ll dispatch the new item within 2 working days of approval.
