Cardamom Nankhatai - Elaichi Biscuit
A gentle crumble. A hint of cardamom.
You reach for another.
This is nankhatai.
A traditional Indian shortbread, known for its delicate crumble and gentle sweetness. It's the the kind of biscuit you’d find in old-school Indian bakeries. Lightly sweet, softly textured, and warm with cardamom. Familiar to some, new to others, but easy to come back to.
Made with a blend of plain flour, semolina, and chickpea flour for that light, grainy bite. Desi ghee brings it together with a quiet richness that never feels heavy.
No artificial flavours. Nothing unnecessary.
Packed in a reusable tin that travels well and feels like a gift.
And like anything we do, No eggs. Nothing artificial.
