The sweet that's supposed to be a tad bitter.

Almond (Badam) Barfi may not be the loudest sweet on the table, but it has history. Once a royal favourite, known as the softer, more delicate cousin to heavier flour or lentil-based sweets.

Even today, in parts of India, it’s offered first at weddings or housewarmings as a symbol of warmth and welcome.

And it’s not just about taste.

Almonds are naturally rich in protein, and ghee is known for good fats that fuel your body, not empty calories.

In this original recipe, we also use a spice mix, not for decoration, but because they’ve been trusted for centuries to help your body.

Clove — to support immunity and digestion
Black Pepper — Helps your body absorb nutrients better
Nutmeg — A touch of warmth, traditionally used to calm the system and support sleep

Everything is slow-cooked with hand-ground almonds and pure ghee. No shortcuts, no milk solids, no foil, no artificial colours.

Best Before
