An Original Family Recipe
Use it for:
- Tandoori chicken
- Paneer tikka
- Grilled vegetables
- Air fryer experiments
- Anything that needs a spice kick
How to prepare (600g):
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt + Divine Bites Tandoori Masala + 1 Tablespoon of Mustard Oil or your choice of oil
- Add salt to taste and mix well
- Marinate for at least 30 min (or 2–3 hrs for best results)
- Bake at 150°C for 30–40 mins or grill as needed
- Finish with lemon juice and serve with chutney or yogurt
