Introducing Divine Bites Chakki Atta — stone-ground in a historic windmill in Schiedam using 100% whole wheat. No bleaching. No shortcuts. Just fresh, honest flour milled in small batches to keep the aroma, texture, and flavor intact.
Why Slow-Milled?
Unlike factory-milled atta that’s processed fast and hot, our traditional windmill grinds wheat at a low temperature.
That means:
- Natural oils stay intact, so rotis are softer and more flavorful
- Nutrients like fiber and B vitamins remain in the flour
- No heat-burned taste, no rubbery dough
What to Expect
- Soft, puffed rotis — consistently
- Chakki-style texture with a brownish hue
- No preservatives, no additives, no funny stuff
- An actual expiry date — because real atta can’t last 2 years like some brands claim

This is an experimental batch — fresh-milled, small-scale, and made with real care. If it works, we’ll make it regular. If not, we’ll go back to making sweets and sulking about dry rotis.
